★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My recent experience of getting the curtains dry-cleaned (after due emphasis that the item be dry-cleaned only) has been far from the expectation.
The curtains were washed which resulted in shrinking of the material and a huge extra fold of about three inches plus in the lining. The attempt by Rainbow to fix the problem did not get desired results. It has been a total disaster...

-One of the coats were torn ,they took it back and never returned despite of repeated reminders,it’s an expensive woollen coat ,so a big loss to us.
-The carpet they brought back was not dry cleaned and still dirty ,it smelled of dust and was dirtier.
-NEVER EVER TRUST THEM OR GIVE WOOLENS/CARPETS/QUILTS TO THEM FOR DRY CLEANING
-Not trustworthy
-they make fool of you
-they don’t dry clean at all
