★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we had purchased a diwan cum bed on 21last month on exchange basis.... where we were supposed to get diwan cover n pillows but while the delivery was made without those.
A person named Debasis... claimed that it was missed by mistake but till have not received it and now they say that the cover was not made ever n we need to take different fabric..... so why such kind of harassment???
when we have paid in full...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Brought 2 wardrobes in 2016. The fitting was so poor that one of the wardrobes collapsed within one week. Further they supplied a different product than the one in showroom. Even after hundreds of calls they didn't bother to rectify. We had to threaten legal and administrative steps to get rectification at our cost. The sales boys are cheats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a sofa cum bed. Highly disappointed with the product. They don't have a catalogue, show the images loaded in their system. And the product received was varying from the one shown at the time of purchase. They promised to get back and rectify the fault, but never turned up after complaining several times. They and their products don't meet up to their words. Don't get yourself fooled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a three seater sofa set from here. Paid somewhere around 20000 INR for it. The first set that they had delivered was highly defective and when we complained they said they'll replace it. Later they exchanged it for another set with a new design, this one was priced 27000 INR. They took 3 months to deliver this new sofa set. The replacement that they had given isn't worth even half the price. The cushions are awful and they have already started getting deformed. If you have enough money donate to charity but don't burn it at rainbow furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally fraud. We bought a three seater sofa for 27000 INR last year. The design that they showed was Nowhere close to the one that was delivered. The delivery was delayed by two months. The polish has come off entirely now. The cushions are not of the size that was instructed. Do NOT buy from this store.
