★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rainbow Packaging is the most unprofessional and unresponsive & casual approach manufacturer. Also they have a very high MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity) requirement. A suggestion to Startups and new brands with moderate MOQ's please don't approach them at all to save yourself time. Zubin Shah does not even bother to complete the compliances and does not even follow-up and also charges for the courier to send samples. They don't give any value or importance to startups or new brands and are not focused on prompt understanding of customer's requirement. They'll come, know your requirements and say that they're excited to fulfill your requirements but they don't live up to their word and don't ensure a proper follow-up. Requested upto 4-5 times to Mr.Zubin Shah to send quotations for corrugated boxes and paper carry bags but didn't receive it. Very bad experience !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters, irresponsible, delay in delivery…
Don’t feel like giving them a single star. I had given them the order on 1st October and delivery was supposed to be on 15th. After confirming with them 3-4 time within this period, the ordered remained undelivered. They assured once again it get delivered by 19th. On 19th they asked to postpone it for a day more day. When I asked for partial delivery of just 50bags, they were also not ready. For order to get delivered by 15th, they have not started on 19th also.
The minimum order requirements is also very high.

Found them From Google as I was searching for customized jute bags manufacturers for one of our function.
Spoke to Mr. Zubin & told him my purpose and requirement. He suggested me good quality jute bags which suited my requirement.
He sent me samples in no time. His team members were very cooperative and supportive they send me design as per my requirement.
I had placed a bulk order with customized dual color printing.
Print and quality of bag was much better than we usually get in market. The price was very reasonable and service was promt and quality was amazing. Mainly I had placed order for distributing that during the function/event and everyone liked and appreciated it.
Thanks Zubin for accepting order.Very Happy with quality and service. Highly recommended.
