★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place to go for cakes and rolls. Their Veg Oven roll and Chicken Aptties is a must have. I cannot resist the Pineapple Cake and Chocholate Fudge if I'm there.

Ordered Lemon Tart... (Recommended by them) Got Chochlate Tart.
Ordered Red Velvet Pastry....(Recommended by them) Got inedible stinking pastry.... spoiled my wedding anniversary..... lifetime lessons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a truffle cake last even at 8pm. The cake was not bad but certainly not fresh as it should be. From my experience it was at least a day old if not more. Before ordering I was told it is fresh. The owners must be very certain about quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Red velvet cake around 8 pm. The cake was already ready it was too bad but also certainly not fresh as it should be . From my experience it was at least 2 days old or more.and costly as well Before ordering I was told it is fresh and just came today The staff and owner must be very sure about quality.So ,I would suggest never buy any cakes from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In July 2019, we got a cake for my mother's birthday from rainbow's. The cake was sour and had a stale smell which we returned to the shop after talking to the owner for 30 mins he exchanged the cake. We thought it was a one time experience and again this year we got another cake from this shop thinking it won't happen again, asked the shopkeeper about whether the cake is fresh multiple times and also other shops were closed due to lockdown so we didn't really have many options. Again, we got a stale cake which smelled really bad. After we went to the shop to return the cake, the shop guy was refusing to accept the cake was stale, he made us talk to the owner on phone who was super abusive and ill mannered. He blamed us that we kept the cake in the sun (as if we don't own a refridgerator) and also told us why we came back to his shop after a bad experience last year. These people have no good service and are super abusive. The man is selling stale and expired products. I even made some random person outside the shop smell the cake and he also agreed that the cake was smelling stale. I wish I can give negative stars. Rainbow bakery has monopoly in South ext. Area and East Kidwai Nagar area and they think people will buy stale food because there are not many bakeries available. I will never recommend this bakery to anyone, they are overpriced and pathetic. Save your time and your cash. Rainbow bakery will ruin your birthdays. Pathetic.

It have lots of stuff and the staff is nice but one day there was a man which wasn't so nice just because I only had to buy a water bottle he was acting that polite which I find very annoying
But other times the owner of the shop himself is very nice, there's lots of institutions around it and other eateries as well, the nearest metro station is south extension and a minute walk away
