Lots of back bitting done by Project manager if yu r not working according to him(RS)... MD shouts to much like unprofessional.. work culture is bad... they don't provide even ID cards....too much politics.... pathetic management...they even don't have one permanent civil Contractor....If material not reached at site on time then only Site Engineer is responsible no matter what's the reason MD shouts on Er. only...
