★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad stuff behavior. Raipur was sent the wrong model. I complained many times but it didn't change. The price is too high. The warranty of my product has been extended without informing me. My product warranty was already 3 years despite having 2 years Bajaj warranty in those three years. What do I do with 2 warranty?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst electronics store I have ever visited. They miss guided their customers. Stuffs are very rude and impolite. When the stuff was trying to became impolite I asked him who is the store manager, he said that he is the manager. I got shocked that the manager himself is impolite.
Do not visit this store. There are many other stores near by with better collections and price range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales persones behaviour is very bad. Billing/ commercial department also very lazy and poor in the profession.
They do not give the computerised bill at the time of purchase. And they do not deliver the gift items at the time of delivery and the provides the cheaper and unessential things (after visiting again) that thay commited to give at the time of purchase. Everyone know that the gifts are not free and is included with the total price.
Very worst experience.
I suggest everyone to don't go there if you want cost reliable things.

He switched to other client and do not even bother to ask me at the end that was all my queries or requirment is fulfilled. At the end I really liked the product he show which was out of my budget, but still I increased my budget and bought it from a better place. You are losing business ?
