★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raipur Electronics Shayambazar Branch: We have been cheated. We are regular customer of Raipur Electronics i.e. we recently bought 2 new phones of about 50k from them and then we decided to buy laptop and we chose Raipur Electronics again but the demo of the laptop was not done properly and we were misled. We told our purpose of buying the laptop twice that is the day we ordered the laptop (16/02/20) and the day we collected the laptop (17/02/20) and asked their suggestion but the person who was guiding us did not suggest us properly and didnot mention that the laptop we are buying will not fulfill our purpose. Moreover we realized later, that the finance person was guiding us instead of the sales person and even the laptop box was not opened in front of us as per rule. We went back to them and asked for help and kept the laptop in the shop only, on 19/02/20 hoping to get some solution from them soon. We need the laptop urgently. Please reply us with some solution.

We could have ordered it online but since the delivery would take time, we decided to buy it from retail store and hence the visit.
We were never really expecting them to match the prices of Amazon, so we were prepared to shed a couple of hundred bucks extra if need be.
However when they asked for Rs 3800 for the product I wanted to buy, which was available in Amazon for Rs 3020, I was pretty stunned.
I asked the sales person if the price is fixed, to which the sales person asked what price am I looking to buy ? And when I said around Rs 3100, he simply noded his head in disagreement.
To be honest if they re-quoted the price to even Rs 3200, I would have taken it. But not to be.
3 days later, I bought the same heater from another retailer at Rs. 3020, who himself said that they buy the product from the distributor at around Rs 2900.
So I think we can safely assume, Raipur Electronics being a much bigger buyer gets the product at around the same price if not less. Which means at Rs 3800, their profit is a staggering 31%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shyambazar outlet is Highly unprofessional! Gave advance for an electric kettle, was suppose to take delivery from the shop next day as they didn't have the particular brand at the shop at that moment. Went the next day but was asked to wait till they get bring the kettle from their girish park shop. Mind you all this has happened after the sales person promised that I wouldn't have to wait and would get the merchandise the next day. Didn't face this kind of an issue in their Girish Park showroom from where I have made multiple purchases previously.

Staff here are very helpful....i brought a mixer grinder from here, they have also given an additional gift with that...
There are nice collection of products to choose from and the price is also negotiable....they give the product at low prices too if you bargain for an eligible cost...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of this electronic showroom is pathetic. I bought a microwave from this showroom,the salesperson told me that they will appoint a technician within a day or two for installation and demo purpose. After a week I filed a complain in that microwave company and then they send their technician. This clearly shows that the showroom has not taken any responsibility of the product and failed to provide service of the product.I dont think after this we should buy any thing from these low class electronic shops,we should opt for Great Eastern/Khosla Electronics,etc for good result and service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your money and time.. never consider Raipur electronics, specifically shyambazar one. I paid for a product and they send me a different product. When I called them their bahaviour was like "bhaiya Paisa mil gaya abhi kuch nhi sunenge".. still I'm using the defective product. The product was a air cooler of 10500 rupees.
