★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laptop bought in 2020, received MS Office of 2016, warranty of hardly 6 months. Fraud people. Laptop was also not working properly. Had to send it back. Very torturous and problematic.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally waste going there. Not an experienced person. Will not give time to your laptop. I live 50km away in rawatbhata and gave my laptop which had power on and off issue.
Damaged my laptop more, now I have no option except to sell it, i bought it for 60k and he totally damaged it. The issue was not even solved.
He will talk in a good manner and thats only he is able to do.
Other customers were also there from whom I talked and they said they are coming for 3rd time and the laptop has not been repaired yet. He had my laptop for more than 2 months. I went there 3 times but everytime I go I found that the issue was not solved.
I would have given him negative stars if google has provided that.
Warning: Don't get into his sweet words. He can do simple repairing only.

I think he is putting used old parts for repairing laptops so it will no go long with no warranty so you have to visit it again, In this manner he is making money. He is just using good words but not giving good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited RAIS Infotech Kota, for repair of my expensive apple laptop charger and he was able to save me a lot of money and time with his expertise in repair of electronics and computers, the best part they are even open on a Sunday, while other shops were closed and I had some urgent work to finish and my charger went bad.
He is very polite and was good to interact & helping person.
Highly recommend, if you are looking for a trustable place for electronics and repair.
