I am the owner of Hf delux bike and I do the servicing of hero bike.
FEEDBACK FOR RAJ AUTO SERVICE CENTRE, NEAR CIDCO, JALNA ROAD, AURANGABAD IF YOU DON'T IGNORE :
It takes more than 4 hours.
So my feedback for this
1. you should recruit new additional mechanic as your sales of bikes increases.
2. You should build new additional service centre.
Feedback for Guest waiting room:
1. Guest waiting room is so dark in Raj auto, near CIDCO, Aurangabad which I have visited.
So, it should be fresh and brighter.
2. There where so mosquitoes in guest waiting room.
Feedback for Wash room :
1) washroom was not cleaned in Raj auto, near CIDCO, Aurangabad.
2) in wash room there was no basin and tap to wash hand.
Feedback for showroom :
1. Staff don't come on time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good service provide not inform for free servicing ,not received any call regarding service , other time received call for servicing. now not to allow doing free servicing last time visited that time ask to come later now not doing free servicing. I will not do my 2nd bike servicing from here not refere to any people for raj auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been doing my 2 wheeler servicing service for the last 2 years but I had a bad experience from Hayek like I had to come back to them after complaining about servicing because proper service was not done by hi people so my 2 whilar servicing air filter was cleaned by hi people But it was not installed properly, so the vehicle had a complete firing change and my meter fork was in the middle but there was a problem.If I had talked to them about it, they would not have given me a satisfactory answer, but I did not complete my work. I had serviced 2 days ago, so these people are not working properly now. The pain that I felt after going to Ghai will not happen to my child .......
