★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a dress kurti form here. Stock is okay okay... But staff behavior not at all good plus they say they'll do the alteration but alteration service is pathetic. Alterated dresses look really bad.

You can say this is one of the best places to shop for weddings or for any other event that you have. Rates are farely(un)reasonable. The staff is very helpful and listen through your requirements and give you the best possible item. Overall a very good place. Nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the WORST cloth store I have ever seen, they have no value of customer, no cloth quality, service is very rude especially the tailor section they are so rude can't even stich the clothes properly, you have to go for several days to get back your clothes and to check whether the clothes are fitting you or not. So it's really very frustrating.

5 times dress altered still not atleast ok... Perfection is faar away.
Highly overpriced...
Craftsman (tailor) very unskilled and rude

Also manager is very polite.
But the billing staff executive is really very rude and having worst communication skills.
He straight away denies the refund policy.
Kindly be aware with this.
Otherwise good place to visit.
