โ โ โ โ โ Best shop in Balasore to buy laptop and accessories and also providing best service. Mr. Basanta Kar and his Son is very helpful in nature had helped me lot during my laptop purchase also provided best resolution after my purchase of laptop when there is error in OS installed in PC. Thanks to both.. hope will provide same kind of service in future too.. My recommendations to everyone to consider this shop for purchasing laptop or desktop or any kind of computer service.

โ โ โ โ โ The owner is a genius in marketing.
He will speak in such a manner that you will think you are at the right place to buy a laptop.
He manipulates in such a way that the person will not go back without buying but later regret after returning home.
Product is good, behaviour is good, service is good but price is very high so check the price of the product over e-commerce site before buying and make a deal on that basis.
I might regret because of having paid little more than actual price but I really appreciate his marketing skills.

Costing very high for the same brands of the same product if compare to other nearby shops. Recently i went to their shop with my new laptop to add some protection accessories on my laptop but they charged me over cost and also their service was very bad and unprofessional. When I raised issues on their service then one staff of the shop replied me very rudely ?.

โ โ โ โ โ The owner is a fraud and cunning person. He will charge you for nothing. He will definitely loot you unless you have got a good knowledge on computers. He brags about his achievements and other contacts, but nobody knows him in real life. Don't visit this store, if you don't want to get cheated. I bought a laptop. He promised many things before buying but turned his head after ai bought. Gave me pirated windows and pirated software although promised me an original windows OS. Couldn't properly uninstall Ubuntu OS and till date it shows problems. Even bluetooth and wifi are showing issues. Very bad experience.. If you are thinking of entering his shop and come by this review by chance just make an u-turn and go somewhere else.

โ โ โ โ โ The store has good collection of all computer peripherals but the staff over there was very rude. Recently i went there because i was having a problem with a router i purchased. I told them that my laptop is not able to catch the wifi from that router and asked them to check. But one of the staff replied me so rudely and told me that how he will check without a internet connection.
For your kind information, routers broadcast wifi signals even if the lan cable is not connected. I was only asking to check the wifi not the internet connection.
And one more thing i got to know there. They are charging very high amounts of the products compared to the market. A Dlink router they told me that it would cost you 1900/- but i know that they are selling it overpriced. I went and purchased it from another store in Balasore at 1400/- only.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS STORE. BE AWARE!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Never visit this store ever. The shop does look good from outside but inside they will over charge u for everything whether it's as simple like windows installation or buying a laptop or a pen drive.. My friend bought a pen drive from here some years back for twice the price of what it was there in Amazon.. I also bought a headphones which stopped working before 6 months and it was under the warranty period but they did not repair mine. The owner of this stop is arrogant , brags too much and talks as if he is a genius and his employees talk behind their backs and make fun of him lol . I have also seen every time someone comes with laptop problem , they will just format his whole system instead of formating the c drive only and charge like 500 -700 for windows installations .Usually it's 300 in other shops.
