★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad buyback service I have called 7 times but still the technician not attended the complaint. So I don't prefer anyone raj cooling system for service. Better to call any other electrician for check up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At last very typical Indian company! I placed an order on their own website. I even sent a email thanking them and requesting prompt delivery of my new cooler. Full payment was made already. After a few days of no updates, I called, they acted as if no order was received. Then they requested a copy of the incial receipt and proof of payment. Wow! Then after all that they are going to have some one look into it! After this I have my doubts on the quality of this product. Lets see but service has started out to be Poor as Indian Quality of customer service.
After few more days of passing now they want my PAN number in order to ship, they say the shipping company requires this or cannot ship.
