★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner dished out the worst experience and the worst customer service ever. I bought a mere 55 Rs. tubelight from him. He gave no receipt for it. It turned out to be a bit longer than usual and was not fitting in the wall socket. I *immediately* brought it back to the shop to return it and and to buy LED bulbs in place of that that would've easily costed me more than 500 Rs.
Even though I was willing to purchase much more expensive goods from him and the tubelight was being immediately returned in a very fine condition, he wanted me to return back to my home again to get the old tubelight to him for comparison. I tried telling him multiple times that it doesn't make sense for me to go back just to get the old tubelight especially since I'm buying other stuff as well. Also suggested that if he was so unbelieving of me, he might as well send one of his many assistants with me to confirm. He completely refused it. Utterly disrespectful and adamant. I left the tubelight there itself without asking any further for the money I had spent on it.
May my loss and bitter experience result in him having losses of millions. May this experience inspire other folks never to purchase stuff from this shop again. Not worth your peace of mind in my honest opinion.
