When I went to his shop again, then he was teying to bluf me he took a complaint no from me and he called someone when he was talking hus phone rings which means he did not talk to any one.
The worst shop ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it is not good shop to purchase anything because he does not take responsibility to dispatch good quality product to customer.
At the time of purchasing a product, his behaviour was so impressing and l felt he was good and educated person and I should purchase AC from here. But all was deception.
I purchased Hitachi 1.5 ton DC invertor Split AC. He dispatched me defective indoor unit in which tube was damaged and covers was broken. I thought perhaps this AC must have dispatched by mistake and I went to shop to inform about it so that unit can be replaced. But after seeing his response I was surprised because he was not ready to listen my complaint and replace AC. After lot of intensive argument he agreed to change indoor unit.
After that AC fitter from Hitachi came to install AC at my home and he found that a three way cable which connects indoor unit to outdoor unit was not provided with AC. Again i went shop and asked about it and again he did not take responsibility for it . Then i told to AC fitter to take it and he charged me 300 rs for it.
Moreover, as AC completely installed then AC fitter found that Outdoor unit was also defective .
Again a new problem .
Again I went to Raj electronic with AC fitter to discuss about it. Raj electronic ordered to AC fitter to open and take out perfect part from another AC and tightened this perfect parts to my AC.
It means he always keeps changing parts from one AC to another and hence make and sell defective product.
Fortunately fitter was not able to open perfect parts and dealer provided me new outdoor unit and carriage charge of 100 rupees was imposed on me.
It is my advised to all please don't go to Raj electronic to purchase anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for the customer, worst experience, very illiterate & worst staff, don't know how to handle the customer and most importantly they all are liars ...very big liars. They delivered the damaged product after multiple requests and upon that they were not willing to accept their mistakes.
Nerve buy anything from this place.
