★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't imagine such pathetic poorest response one can provide to their valuable customers after purchasing home apliances of more than 1.5 lakh. It's already 23 days passed away my LED SMART TV couldn't get service for a small display problems.Neither Videcon nor Raj Electronics Angul branch are still taking the responsibility to resolve this issues yet . There are so many other good places around where you can buy home appliances with better service . But Raj Electronics & Videocon really sucks...

For LG 9040 MODEL The shop owner said it will be cost around 15200 Then he said Debit Card swipe can't be done here...If we swipe here he will take 300rs extra...Then we went nearby ATM for Cash after returning He said it will be 15800 and after discount it will 15500 in rude manner...

They are changing the part of the product and put old and damages product to our electronic machine ....
They are not giving perfect servicing
They are fraud ...
When they are coming to our home for servicing they change the part of our machine.
The behaviour of the staff is rude and worst they are not responding in a good behaviour ..
They are using slung language with the customer .. too..
