The people out here are sober it has two parks and two Gates thus ease of approach is there. Market is nearby so no hassles and most important you are away from the city crowd and head to the airport for quick pick and drop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to have a house here. The colony is fine but there is a serious scope for developement and proper maintainence in the locality. The council is also looking after the same. roads need to be maintained and built properly. also it has a very popular english medium schools of Varanasi - The Atulalnand convent School. It is straight to go for school for the kids , students living in the colony. facilities like temple is there, park is there for children to recreate themselves in their free time. Adults also come here to take walk or jog in their free time.
