★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice and clean place for passengers of Rajratan tour and travels buses to wait and relax. I wasnt expecting it that place but they made sure customers who are paying premium charges for luxury bus like Rajratan's, they must also get best place to sit at pick up point. This office is on AB road and nearby food & snack shops and restaurants are good to have. Person on desk is also very polite and good behaviour. Ask about our seats and bus timing nicely and give warm welcome. Thanks team Rajratan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were traveling from Mumbai by raj ratan last bus at 11 pm from thane and all buses take halt for food at night. I was with my 2 year old and 7 year old daughter. They asked me to get down at food junction irrespective of the fact that both the girls are sleeping. Helper was very irritating and shouting at us without a thought that how will I get down when both the kids are sleeping. He misbehaved and switching on and off lights to bother us more. One more lady was of the same view that we don't want to get down and when we stringently told him that we will not get down he told us that we will be responsible of any stealing happens in the bus.
Very rude and misbehaved staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancelled my Pune to Hyderabad bus ticket at the last moment. Got refunded less amount than original. They booked another bus ticket for me which was worse because all other good buses were full. Overall very bad experience with raj ratan.
