★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I preferably book Raj Ratan travels for their top notch buses and TV experience. Their Bus TV is loaded with movies and web series, you won't even feel how time will fly in your 20 hour journey. Also their stop point dhaba are good and cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable travel. The bus left on time but was late by an hour by the time it reached Pune. Ticket prices are at peak and overpriced when you book on 11th hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't value their passengers time. The bus stopped for almost 30 minutes for diesel refill after entering Indore City. Looked like the time of bus operator is important and passenger who had travelled overnight is a fool waiting another 30 minutes to get dropped on next stop which is just 5 minutes away. The bus management should look at this issue for customer satisfaction prospective. Fuel refill should be done after dropping the passenger on last stop. I travelled from Pune to Indore on 25.03.2022 and faced this nuisance on this travels.
