★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this on Nov 7,2021. This suit has a spot just infront. I told them" I don't want it". But they said "mam sirf sticker ka hai. Mai aapko hata ke deta hu". We followed them. We bought 7 suits from them.
I went again on Nov 8,2021 for return. I am a working professional. I reached there around 5 pm. They said mam for return come at 10am-12 pm tomorrow. I was like I can't come. I am working. Finally, they redirected us to counter. That person said " wash it and if stains is still there we will take it back."
Imagine the plight , they returned me unsatisfied and unattended. I took 3 hours from my day. I have to extra shift.
Now after wash the stain is still there.
I can't spend more time and money on them. Throwing it in bin.
PATHETIC RETURN SERVICE. QUALITY OF SUITS IS ALSO OF SUBSTANDARD NO MATTER THE RANGE
