The PSPMES Society is commited to growth & upliftment of rural youth and for this purpose it evolves and implements programmes of Vocational & Professional Training.Prithi Singh Panwar Memorial Education Society (Regd) was founded in Year 2002 in the memory of Shri Pirthi Singh Panwar. This Society has been constituted to perpetuate the memory of Shri. Pirthi Singh Panwarwho was born in 1901 in village Tikroul Distt. Saharanpur (U.P.) in a family of farmers. He was matriculate only but could join any service due to his preoccupancy towards his joint family. He had an extremely helping nature and always tried to help the needy and work towards social welfare.​

Raj Singh Industrial Training Centre was set up to perpetuate the memory of Shri. Raj Singh Panwar Pardhan ji  S/o Sh. Pirthi Singh Panwar ji and for the fulfilment of his ideology of increasing employment in rural areas.Shri. Raj Singh Pradhanji was born in 1930 in the same village Tikroul Distt. Saharanpur (U.P.) in a family of farmers. Despite the fact that he was not educated he always tried to educate members of his family in spite of lack of financial resources. He struggled throughout his life for the family, villagers and society at large. During his tenure as village pradhan he performed an exemplary work which is still being remembered. He always advised the villagers  that one member of each family should go for a job to cities for progress of the village and the countryHis another desire was that the parental property should not be parted with efforts should be made to consolidate it otherwise his soul will not rest in peace. Smt. Mahabiri Devi (Wife of Sh. Pradhan Ji) fully agrees with the ideology of Pradhan ji. She always repeats his words to her sons Dr. Satveer Singh,  Sh. Jaiveer Singh,  Sh. Rambeer Singh and grandson Sh. Ankur Panwar who has been educated despite the precarious financial resources and poverty not only to protect the parental property but also to transfer the property to next coming generation and the coming generation should also follow the same track.
