I booked a sleeper bus from Surat to Rajkot using Paytm with Raj travels. I got confirmed booking. Later, I received msg from Raj travels that my booking is shifted to Shilu travels with a new boarding point. I accepted thinking that Shilu travels would provide comfortable journey. BUT I WAS WRONG.
Shilu travels provided me a dirty sofa which was smelling badly. They loaded a mini truck full of parcels on the top of the bus. They started half hour late and the driver was driving very slowly due to heavy weights. I reached 2 and half hour late.
It was a worse experience. It was not worth 500 Rs. Ticket by any means.
RAJ TRAVELS IS A CHEATER. They will take their commission and shift ur booking to cheap travel agents.
Prefer Mahasagar, Dwarkadhish, Raghav travel or State transport buses.
NEVER BOOK WITH RAJ TRAVELS.
