★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a place of worship for hindu from last 2000 years but invader destroyed this place and recreated this place as their place of worship but still the evidence of Hindu culture found on the pullers and the walls of this place. Now here is a temple dedicated to Deity Sarswati Devi.
This is a place of conflicts between Hindus and Mohammadan people. Specially on Basant Panchami when dates of worship is same for both community. This is a big issue of local as well as States politics.
Be careful while going to visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a disputed monument. Hindus and muslims are allowed to worship here peacefully as per court rule. So be gentle and sensitive to each other's beliefs while visiting this place. The monument is closed on Fridays so you can't enter in. Visitor ticket is Rs 1. Not much facilities (like refreshment/toilet) are available around this structure, only ample car parking area is the plus point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entry ticket is ₹1. Here Muslims offer Namaj on every Friday, and Hindus offer their prayer on every Tuesday. An Idol of Devi Ambika has been found here which has been kept in British Museum. Basant Panchchami is celebrated here very popularly.
