β β β β β My PS4 controller was facing an issue with right anlog stick, PS4 controller was in Warrenty and I hoping to get it repaired.
Staff was extremely quick and polite in providing the resolution.
Gave me time like a week to replace the controller as per the policy time but they manage to get me a new one in just two days.
Happy with service.

β β β β β With the superb quality of Sony rarely do you need the service centre, asking for the same from company got the reference of Raja electronic and was skeptical
On the quality of service and experience but must say that right from the very first interaction had quite a pleasing experience with very professional approach. Specific mention to the proprietor of the service centre with whom had interaction on one of the irritating points, but was courteous and very professional in his conversation giving the resolution to the satisfaction keeping the business in mind.
Excellent company authorised service provider with very professional attitude.

β β β β β These guys took money ? to get me Sony Bravia 55" TV warranty extension but in return they only gave me nightmares. I had to follow up with them for more than a month but there was no concrete answer coming in from them why there is a delay. I finally sent a screenshot of transaction to Sony India customer care to confirm if this service center is genuine. They also took more than 2 weeks to respond saying that they're looking into it. Finally i gave up calling Raja electronics and kept following up with Sony India and then after more than one month drama finally i got my warranty extension from these guys. There was no apology. They are rude in behaviour and behave as if customers are junk. Disappointed with their unprofessional attitude.

β β β β β Connected with them for my faulty PS5 unit. Got prompt service on its replacement within warranty period. Had to wait for 2 weeks as warranty claim takes some time but got a new unit and very much happy playing now.

β β β β β Helped to get replacement of my PS5 Dual Sense controller promptly and also clarified that I could avail this service do long as the PS5 is in warranty. With no guarantee that the new controller will work without any issues, I think this makes sense and I hope not, but it's very likely that I might be visiting again. The one I got during purchase started drifting within 4 months, let's hope this one provides long term service but Sony really need to fix this issue!
