★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service and Not Proper Customer Service. Customer are Waiting on Out Gate. Customer Arrangements for example: We are standing on Gate no Chairs and not Cover the Roof, Irresponsible Behaviour Service, No Drinking Water, No Rest Room and More then Problem on the Service.

I had been here recently to change the address and also to link the aadhar with the existing gas connection.
The staffs are really helpful and processing time is very less when compared to other gas agencies.
They conduct routine check to make sure that the gas hose is connected properly and also provide us with safety procedures . I liked this proactive approach of the agency.
They also all major credit and debit card.
Transactions via bhim app is also possible all thanks to government's digitization.
Only drawback is that the delivery guys charge you 10 or 20 RS extra .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, Don't have a basic sense to talk to customer. Called the enterprises to ask for Gas bill which I've missed while taking delivery They could have insist me to be sure to collect bills on delivery instead a lady started shouting for not collecting it.
The worst service I've ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst distributors in bangalore., doesn’t care about customers time. For changing the misspelled cross road in the address, they make customers to visit 3-4 times.

First of all, I have NOT Requested for the change of address, Please correct your reply. Its the correction in the current address in your database. (Only the "Cross road" detail was improper earlier. Even the House No# remains the same.)
Secondly,
Who will ask rental agreement for the own house. Don't you have that much sense.!! This shows how careless you were while attending the customer concern and send back after visiting 2 times along with MLA Attested address certificate !!!
Please value the customer time as well.(Your time is precious. We also take out our precious time , just like you people to make a visit to the branch office.)
