★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cheats their customers by taking 15% hallmark charge and 10 % making charges. So overall they charge 25% extra money from the customer.
Moreover for any item less than 2gm they add 0.5 gm as hallmark charge excluding making charges.
There are many other shops in Sadar where these additional charges are less. I would suggest to refrain buying from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud and rude, You'll see their true face when you exchange or want to return something purchased from there. Also charge you extra like if you purchase silver 12.78 grm then you've to pay for 13 grm. They called this is round figure, and give you simple receipt(parchi) instead of proper computerized bill.
Before purchase from there think twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veery very bad jawelers because it add 300/ gm making charge plus takka( he saying hallmark charges) and 3% gst i buy a 3.44 weight kungal net weight but he add .7 weight extra 3.44+.7 =4
14 which is very costly as compared to others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Pathetic Experience. Never seen such Kind of behaviour before. No one knows what's customer satisfaction the staff as well as the owner or the manager. All are engaged in unfair means of selling gold. Making everyone a fool pls make sure you never go there anyhow.
