The store downstairs called kurta ghar has better collection and their service is also so good, heavily disappointed after seeing the service here. The kurta u sell for 2.5k is available downstairs only for 1.5k with a better quality, your name is just fake and the owner doesn’t know how to talk to women its so dissatisfying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was great before. I am changing the rating due to my recent experience with the outlet. I went for an exchange of a kurta after there was a discrepancy with size. They actualy issued a token and i had to wait for a long time with the new customers. All i wanted was a change of size of the same kurta. N they had to issue a token and made me wait for an hour or so. N still no token had moved. In the end i had to return the token and purchased a new kurta from another shop. There is no sense of serving the customer. These people are sitting at a high pedestel thinking their good times are going to last forever. In the process they have lost a customer of 8 years and many more people are going to go by the same route of they continue their arrogance.

There customer service is worst, they'll recommend their tailore for Stitching and initally they'll tell to we will provide deliver only if you book dunzo but after booking dunzo no one picks the call, if you call their landline number the owners says please call back later, Store is very busy.
You can't trust them.

Quality of fabric is below average but good if you are looking something budgeted or one time wear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have to take token and wait for our turn. Staff here has more patience than the cashier even he doesn't do any work. 3 stars only for the quality of the clothes and prices. It's a very small shop and no chairs available to sit as well.
