GAS BOOKING DONE DATED ON 5 APR BUT TILL 12 APR GAS NOT RECEIVED .. EVERYDAY THE LADY TELL, TODAY WE WILL DELIVER THE CYLINDER BUT NO ACTION TAKEN BY THEM. "Bad service no delivery even after one week"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you book gas no information when it will come. We suggest that if they comfirm the date of delivary according to that someone will be present from family members at home.
Why we pay 10 to 15 rs extra to delivary person ?? & what is use of smart card which is given by gas agency ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 week ago i booked cylinder online still i did not recived... they delivered it to someone else. App is saying it is delivered... we are without gas from 2 days...
Most probably delivery guyzzz won't get their cut from online booking as amount is already paid...
At the end, after 2 dayszzz today they sent guy with a cylinder... ?
Rajaram gas management look into it, maybe you can fix it for good...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in this critical time of lockdown. Gave me cylinder for which regulator doesn't fit. During lockdown I had to visit 2 times but still regulator doesn't fit. I tried 2-3 different regulators from my neighbours as well but doesn't work.
First time when I went at 2.30 pm(I called them before visiting) simply they ignored me saying it is closed and can not help. 2nd time they done something in 2 mins to cylinder and said it will work for sure. Helpless now as they are not giving home service when many of other distributors are giving home delivery in this critical time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cylinder delivery staff is very unprofessional and asking for an extra money (other than printed on an invoice) at the time of cylinder delivery. If you refuse to give an extra money then they will start arguing with you and the conversation will end up with a lot off frustration.. If there are any additional charges which customer should pay, kindly mention it in the invoice, I'll be happy to pay it.
It's not about the amount they are asking for the hard work they do, but the way they asking, is not good.
In short, I, as an end user, is not happy to argue with such people and waste my money & time.

I purchased connection on 10th of march still not got book, & can't recive cylinder bcz lack of connection.so visited 3-5times. Poor worst service ???????
