Recently we had bad experience with Sarre purchase. It was of poor quality and on top of that arrogant response from shop. Disappointed with shopping.

Didn't like the quality and price is too high. They say price wil be reduced at the end,but after we selected they say it is not reduced for single pieces. Only for bulk orders it wil be reduced.

We were shopping in this shop since long, but the recent experience has been very bad. They did not value much the long term customer engagement importance and showed a very arrogant response.

Fraud with low quality saree! Namaskara, Please be aware while purchasing Sarees at Rajaram Textile's Gandhi Bazar, Basavanagudi branch. In our experience they procure low standard sarees and sell them by describing as if a best in the world. To share experience we recently (12-Sep-2021) purchased 4 sarees by paying 16,000.00 rupees, that included one Chanderi cotton another Ikkat Silk saree. We were highly disappointed to find the quality of Chanderi cotton we had purchased for Dussehra festival. When it was worn for the first time for a festival within 20 minutes saree tore apart!! I've attached pictures for you to make a judgement. The way it tore apart, it makes clear that either it was old stock or really low quality material hence showed reality within few min. It was mentioned as Chanderi cotton but receipt says it as a Fancy saree. Same is story for Ikkattu Silk saree(8.8K worth) , we do not see mention of same in receipt. We trusted Rajaram’s, hence did not scrutinize much. Further disappointment is their behaviour with customer when issue was reported. When we spoke to Rajaram's but they flatly refused any further help. First they were not ready to listen patiently and second the refused to exchange or even take a look at the saree. They said please do not come to the store. So overall this was really a bad experience, we never expected this kind of attitude towards customer bye Rajaram, that too in old Bangalore where many people buy sarees from Gandhi Bazar store. Hence my earnest request to all please validate the items you purchase and also get assurance on the quality so that other buyers do not get cheated like this in future. Hope this helps at least few buyers to make the proper judgement when buying a saree for near and dear ones. Thank you
