★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed visiting this store. Bought a beautiful shawl that kept me warm on cooler than expected evenings in Rajasthan. Also found some pretty blue and white napkins with elephants for my daughter. She will love them.
The sales guys were a little pushy but you just have to say no and walk away.
Before going in the store we saw the textile block printing demo. That was very interesting to watch the process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely worst place to visit. Not a single product must be genuine as they are actually cheating specifically to tourists. They give commission to guide, rickshaw drivers to bring custome to their shop. Request you to avoid visiting this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not authorised by government and they are running a scam. Low quality clothes for higher price. If you are a tourist then most of the rikshaw guy forces you to just check the store and not buy because they get huge commission based on the purchase made. I would advise you to say a strong No and not to get scammed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While returning from Amer fort on 26th December 2021,our driver asked to visit this place saying this is rajasthan government corporation and we will get authentic products here .
Keeping belief on his words I shopped for 6500 rs.
Which included bandhani saries of rs 2500 and 1800 with two dress materials of rs 1250 each .
They said they have fix prices as decided by government.
Next day in Bapu bazar ,I saw same saries at 800 rs.and 1200 rs.
Again at Shreenathji market near shreenath ji temple I found same rates with same quality.
They are cheaters.After returning home I tried to contact them but there no.on internet is out of service and the no.on the card given is also off.
They sell products at high prices and misguide us that it is runned by Rajasthan govt .
I got cheated for 2500 against actual price of 800-1200.And other sari of 1800 which in real is of 800 rs.
They also say that they have 262 branches all over Rajasthan.
I request and suggest not to go to this shop named rajsthali textile development corporation
And other is rajasthan textile designing corporation also know as maharani market.
They smartly use RTDC shortform to misguide and cheat us.
They looted me for 2500 rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a tourist I am sharing my genuine experience. Auto/ cab/taxi driver will take you to this place after mentioning it as government textiles shop. The shop display fixed price ( no bargaining) and rates are very high ( but not mentioned on article). We have purchased goods worth 36000/- that includes sarees,jaipuri razai,jewellery and after coming out we could find that we got cheated very badly. Whole goods were worth 7000 and we paid almost 5x( they are paying 20% commission to auto driver & the local people out there never purchased any goods from this shop). People should stop buying from this shop and file a case as they are looting outsiders very smartly.I think people who are giving 5 star ratings either don't know about commission fraud or must be paid reviews.
