★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I ordered a cake and flowers for birthday of my wife. Delivery time was between 6-8 pm and I confirmed the same by calling personally. It was not delivered till 8.15 so I tried calling but phone switched off. I have to order another cake then at 8.30 this guy came. Cake was totally melted. No name on cake as I advised during order. No message with flowers as I suggested. Totally unprofessional attitude. I will not recommend to it anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience I have ordered a cake and balloon flower and also they charged me extra money for delivering the order early morning, I paid all money online one day before and I called and ask many time if my order was all booked they said yes, and I have got msg same morning that they didn’t had the same item available after I even Choose new one even they never delivered on time it was even very late around afternoon.... they don’t answer the phone, very very very disappointing experience they just still your money. PLEASE BE VERY AWARE AND IF YOU WANT TO MAKE GOOD SURPRISE TRY ANOTHER PLATFORM.
