★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had hired an Innova Crysta on 20/01/2020 for two days for a.round trip from Jaipur to Ranthambore. The car was clean and comfortable, and performed trouble free over the trip. The driver, Mohan, however proved to be a big disappointment. To begin with, he had not charged his fastag account and got into an argument at the toll gate. His driving was erratic, with bursts of overspeeding and several near misses on busy stretches, and needed to be ticked off repeatedly. He was also interjecting in our family conversation, and clearly lacked training. He demanded advances for refuelling and for his night halt. He did not follow any signoff procedure on release, demanded money beyond his contractual dues, and was abusive when this was pointed out. Mohan is clealy unfit for tours and travel and needs technical and behavioural training. He spoilt an otherwise satisfactory experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On reference of my elder brother, we booked Innova crysta driven by Mohan Singhji the owner himself. We are very lucky to have such a nice person who not only navigated us through our Rajasthan trip, but also Guided us as a smart guide. 4 days & 3 nights airport to airport he was like an additional family member of our family of four. Surprisingly he was educated and fluent in Speaking English, apart from the local Marwari & Hindi languages.
I would love to book the same car in my future Rajasthan visits.
