★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude behaviour by the owner of the company. We have placed order for samples from them for Linen cushions and the OWNER HEMANDRA KHANDELWAL does not respond nor does he refund our money. We have been calling and messaging everyday but there has been no response.
We requested a refund several times but the owner just took our money and has not repaid. We have proofs on whstapp where there has been no reply. Also we have a proof that we have paid full amount for samples.
EXTREMELY RUDE ; please do not fall in the trap of the owner. All the previous samples were also taking late to reach the destination.
I request everyone working with this company to not go ahead with your orders as the OWNER HEMANDRA KHANDELWAL does not fulfil the orders on time and when we ask for refund he did not refund them.
He is also extremely rude and does not reply on whstapp or return our calls. Our sampling money has gone down the drain.
