★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food very bad. We were 17 heads for buffet dinner with fish, mutton, rice, dal, curd,sweets etc. Only rice and dal was good rest all items were very bad. Serving boys are well behaved, not the managers. Hotel atmosphere was comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there are worthless after taking starters when we asked to change plates for main course they had problems doing that and after we finished our meal and we were paying the person serving asked that we don't ask for tips but for durga puja you give us tips such a bad way people give tips when they are happy with your services you don't have to ask for it the staff does not have basic training worthless
