★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked ticket from Bhavnagar to Ahmadabad(Bapunagar) then after reaching Ahmadabad they told that bus is only for Ahmedabad not Bapunagar.
i show booking confirmation massage to bus driver that i booked ticket from Bhavnagar to bapunagar. bus driver talk rudly and then i call bhavnagar office. then bhavnagar office support told me that there is no bus from Bhavnagar to Bhapunagar, it was software mistake. you go to our Paldi office we will initial the refund.
When i go to Paladi office at 10:00 PM at night they give me RS.20 refund and tell me that we charge Bhavnagr to to Ahmedabad RS.260 and for Bapunagar 280 so take this 20 ruppes and go by your self. and if i calculate base fare from Paldi to bapunagr then i have to go Paldi to Anjali RS.10. then Anjali to Viratnagar from BRTS. RS.20 then Viratnagar to Bapunagar RS.10 in night time when fare will be dabbled or one and half.
i replied sir if i want to go by my self then why i booked ticket for bapunagr i will simply book for ahmedabad and go to bapunagar by myself. then support talk very rudely and abusively.
then i decided not to use rajdhani from today for any kind of traveling and also suggest my relatives and friends to do the same.
Final Word To Management:
Respect your customer and surve then for what they pay for. Dont be money hungry people.
otherwise one day you will be collapsed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad not stopped bus at particular points at bhavnagar at night 12pm already told passanger to conductor for particular regular stopege she is traveling baroda to bhavnagar by 6.30 pm bus of rajdhani travels after complaint to manager not responded satisfactory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Worst business ethics. They charge u for ac bus and then put u in air tight ac bus and then do not switch on ac. U r forced to suffocate ur heatlh without fresh air for 200 long kms. Not even the windows open all windows are air tight fixed packed. Nothing less than nazi gas chamber. And no one to question them. Action must be taken by authorities against such inhuman behaviour towards customers after charging them whopping ac bus charges. Their licence must be cancelled immidiately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous service, driver halts bus on random locations and picks up passengers from highway even when the seats are full. This caused delay plus high discomfort during night journey as the whole bus was noisy due to added passengers. No wifi, no working TV. Highly recommend to avoid this specific bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This travels is very nice on services of pick up and drop. Because they have lots of stations for it. And even they are up to date with there time of travelling and services are also good. I think they are best travel agency for Surat to Bhavnagar and Bhavnagar to Surat journey..???
