I visited this place for an operation. I was asked to come for admission at 7 am . I reached the hospital 15 minutes before. No one was in the counter. I had written my name the previous day in the register for admission next day. No one was in the counter. The counter opened after 8.30PM It seems they have no value of other's time. I got bed at 9.30. I was told my operation will be at 10AM. My blood test was taken . Then was asked to take bath in medicated water and wear hospital dress. At 11AM they told that operation will be at 12. Every half an hour Trainee Nursing staff from other hospitals like St. Stefen come and take blood test and temperature. I fail to understand why they do this. At 12 they told operation will be at 2Pm Time went on extending from 2 to 3 then to 4. In the cold days on November last week, I was sitting with just one cloth, without any warm clothes. In between they told I have to get my chest shaved and take bath again. 2nd bath in a matter of few hours, in the winter of Delhi. Then again they got extended, finally operation took place at 6,30PM. After operation, my Biopsy Report was delayed. After discharge, when I went to collect report another 2000 rupees was charged. Still lot of bad experience I had. I will never recommend this hospital

Very bad hospital. This is not a multispeciality hospital. No dedicated nephrologist ( kidney doctor), no dedicated chest specialist and so on. Most of such doctors are visiting doctors and nurses coordinate the visits. All this leads to coordination issues between the main Cancer Surgeon and the visiting specialist doctor. The main channel of communication between such doctors is via notes in patients file, this is so slow and highly inefficient process. In case there are post-surgery complications, one may end up risking patient life. My mother did not survive, despite the simplest oral stage 1 cancer throat surgery. Please be very careful and do proper research.
