I had booked a flat in Dolphine towers in 2014 & Rajendra had assured us to give us our flat within 6 months!
However its been more than 2 years and still only the sturcture of the building is ready ! I have paid more than 80 lakhs and yet whenever i go to him, instead of him listening to our problem, that basterd began telling us his problems !
This guy from U.P has made my life complicated and difficult.
I would highly suggest that its a waste of MONEY and TRUST to buy a flat from RAJENDRA BUILDERS !
