MR-10 पर ISBT के पास स्टेशन बनाने की योजना को रेलवे ने सारे पहलू परखने के बाद खारिज कर दिया है। रेलवे का कहना है जहां दो लाइनें अलग-अलग दिशा में विभाजित हो चुकी हों, वहां स्टेशन बनाने का फायदा नहीं। प्रस्तावित परियोजनाओं को देखते हुए रेलवे ने राऊ, महू और राजेंद्र नगर को प्राथमिकता बताया है, यानी अब नया स्टेशन इन तीन स्थानों में से ही कहीं बनेगा। इससे राज्य सरकार व प्रशासन भी काफी हद तक सहमत है।

Railway has rejected the plan to build a station near ISBT on MR-10 after examining all aspects. Railways say that where two lines have been divided in different directions, there is no use of making stations. In view of the proposed projects, the Railways have given priority to Rau, Mhow and Rajendra Nagar, i.e. now the new station will be built somewhere out of these three places. The state government and administration also agree to this to a large extent.
