β β β β β I booked one seat for me for Kolhapur from Nigdi on 8th April 2021 at 10:00pm on phone. I reached to the nodal point at 9:15 pm where the office was closed which can be understood as it is a lockdown, I called on the number and asked for ticket with providing details. Initially the person on the call clearly said that there is no booking on my name I was shocked and asked him to check with the PRN number which I received on my number. After checking he informed me that the booking is there but the bus is cancelled in which I booked my seat. I asked him why they have not informed me before, he was with no answer and even with no regret...I have never seen this kind of unprofessional behaviour in my entire life where they are not even bother to inform about inconveniences nor they feel sorry about that.... They were bot even bothered about what customer will do next, due to lockdown situation all the busses were full on that day but luckily I got one seat...Pathetic service and unprofessionalism. I will never ever opt gain for Rajendra Travels and I will never ask anyone to go for it.
