Even the ornaments are defective so that they can charge you extra charges for reparing. Very bad experince.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will treat you like god when you are there to buy from them. But the after service is worst. I bought my engagement ring from Rajesh Gold Palace. But to my surprise one of its diamond came out in just 5 days. They took 1 month to fix this by delaying and asking us to come next week, may be because it was diwali season. But finally my ring was fixed diamond was set and ring was passed to us again and there comes the next shocking moment for us as the diamond that was fixed was of different size and hooks were pressed and hammered on diamond making it look worst. This shows the quality of work. Thanks Rajesh Gold Palace for successfully ruining my ring.
