★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a sewing machine for my mother. It was a very bad experience. I wish there was 0 star for rating. After sales service is pathetic. I would recommend to look for other options.
They promise to send trainer to get you hands on with the machine and the trainer does not visit despite multiple follow ups with the trainer or owner.
They dont provide any assistance even if you face any mechanical issues.

This two visit demo helped me to get a total clarity about the function of my product as second visit cleared the mistakes I was making during the practice. Machine comes with many attachments which helps in doing many work. Automatic threader helps my mother in law to use the machine easily.

The demo session was conducted within two days of purchase. The demo person explained each and every detail very well. It was an overall quality learning experience.
