Dhaba was clean.... seatings were ok....

I visited with my family and they were busy serving food to all the drunkers there. Drunkers were abusing like anything, holding there pegs in hand, i suddenly realised my mistake and bring my family to next dhaba near rajhans.
Horrible experience. The owner sitted on counter in night was worst ever person i have ever met, it was 11 pm at night, i was returning from hoshangabad.
Why such kind of places ever exists.
Let exise department handled such drunk person oriented places.
