First time I ordered one wardrobe of my defined dimensions and Rajhans furniture provided it on time with slight difference in selected color of wardrobe.
Based on that next time, I ordered one king size bed (with round curved head rest in high gloss while laminate) and one more wardrobe (my defined dimensions, internal structure and my selected laminate). Owner of rajhans, Mr. Dilip committed to deliver it within 1 week. But after 1 week he requested for 1 more week. After 2nd weeks he keeps on saying that need 2 more days, need 1 more day etc etc... 3 weeks gone and finally I received call from him that furniture is ready and come to see. I was shocked once I reached to shop and checked my ordered furniture
1. I ordered round curved head rest of bed, he provided rectangle head rest.
2. I ordered white high gloss laminated bed, he provided dark brown laminated bed.
3. In case of wardrobe, he used totally different laminate from my selected color, but he kept saying that was the color you selected.
4. Wardrobe internal structure was also totally different than I mentioned.
He refused to do rework for wardrobe but he took one more week to provide required bed which was not properly finishing and again he used light brown laminate in bad sides instead of white.
On the day of payment they were more interested in taking the money than listening to the issue with resultant bed.
His way to talking was much arrogant and the lady on shop was horrible and so annoying that she kept on yelling in their native language that how could you raise any complaints on the furniture. As if customer has to accept whatever they have prepared and if you find any issue you can fixed at home on your own.
I would suggest not to purchase anything from Rajhans shop, at least I will never do.
