1. Most impressive part is clever Architect design in the apartment to hide all beams from main living area, almost no beam is visible from living area, its plain and clean.
2. For those who live in closely interacting families, it has a layout with very centralised kitchen surrounded by all the rooms without any alleys. Allowing close lively interaction of family and very open living
3. For those who want to be in good location but not on the busy road it’s perfect location, more residential than commercial.
4. Good builder and good material used though this is the case with most of builders in this region.
5. I am bit skeptical of ability to maintain water bodies in common area for long, but otherwise common area is developed well.
