★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to rent property and worst place to buy a property and live as owner. Looks like 70% campus is filled up with tenants. No car parkings left for owners because all tanents brings up over capacity vehicles. Building slabs are 3rd class qualty. foot stomping from upstairs and downstairs are clearly audible even if POP is installed. Poor management also made this project 3rd class wrt Rajhans Apple which was cheaper than this project.
