★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware while buying any type of property. The builder charges 2 years advance maintenance at the time of possession but asks maintainance again within a year. In addition the construction material is of low quality. He does not provide repair or services within guarantee period. My bathroom door was completely ruined within 6 months of possession but he refused to replace it. Same case with all the flats in a society. He will also ask you to pay property tax since beginning even if you have taken possession after 2 years. To summarise do not spoil your lifetime dream of owning a home with this cheat company.
