Residents society in existence for the last three years to maintain locality,best maintained. Market facilities,banking other needs are just near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rajiv Enclave is multi-storey residential apartments developed by Improvement Trust Ludhiana about a decade back well placed geographically in E-Block, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana. Approximately at equal distance from railway stations and bus-stand and well connected by surface roads for all ends of the Punjab state connected to Southern bypass for approaching state n national capital and visiting Amritsar.
Though the allotment conditions were for end users but unfortunately renters outnumber the self occupied ones . Still the developers haven’t issued any letters for offer of possession and a few apartments are unoccupied providing shelter to rodents and birds ? creating unhygienic conditions. Common ducts for water and sewer disposals are designed faulty and leaking almost all of them.
In general environment is socially not congenial as personal with personal motives are trying to impose their whims and development decisions are not collectively done
Common affairs are being managed by egoistic people and what they think is good and don’t take residents in confidence
