Booked from pune to Bangalore, worst experience ever. The driver and helper is so rude that they treat you like beggars. They don't cooperate with any of your needs. Rash driving, dirty cabins and very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic service. Costliest ticket, still no services. Offers Wifi and washroom facilities at the time of booking. But in reality, nothing works not even AC.
RUDE STAFF, don't travel even if someone offers a free ticket. 30 hrs of hell spent on the bus to Bengaluru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. The bus was late by 4 hours. Staff was rude, no sense to talk properly. AC broke down midway. Seats were uncomfortable. BLANKETS WERE NOT EVEN PROVIDED. The driving was ruthless. Bus was in a mess.
The stop in Surat was not taken to. We were dropped 15 kms outside the city on bypass. This kind of bus is not worth paying 2000 RS ticket. It's not even worth 1000 RS

Booked a bus from Bangalore to Pune.
Bus was a Bharat Benz and tickets were priced 4000 but at the last moment they prices dropped to 2600 and I booked 3 tickets.
The worst bus and totally not worth the money.
1000 rupees bus is more cleaner and better than this f@** all bus.
I expected a nice clean and comfortable bus but got the worst bus experience.
Don't recommend anyone to use this travels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus has neither good facilities nor light or charging on the seat and at bus time the bus driver says 6 o'clock and starts the bus at 7 o'clock and the bus driver does not give the same answer. Service is bad even for a driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled on March 7th 2022 along with family from Agra to Indore and boarding bus on 6th March at 10:30 They are not able to hit the destination next day until 13:30PM.
PATHETIC CLASS OF SERVICE, STRICTLY RECOMMEND DO NOT AVAIL THE SERVICE.
