★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class services.... they dont even know how talk with costumer... I was traveling to nashik from nagpur...bus broke down near nagpur they dont even send backup...not secure for ladies.

i dont take buses to travel in between cities but this was a great experience

Staff all road side mentality
Picking up rogue, roadside passengers all the way
Had booked AC Aurangabad to Nagpur and had the worst experience of my life
Crew least bothered with the quality &, services, drivers/conductor interested in picking cash passenger's during the entire travel
Finally called up Director Mr Jaiswal, a very kind and visionary person, visited us at our drop down stop to personally understand the problem we faced during the travel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have traveled through many buses of many travel agencies across the maharashtra but my best experience was of rajlaxmi travels.i was travelling from nagpur to nashik and the bus was clean and tidy.the staff was also good and very helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The third class travels agency,no amenities like tv, lamp,bed sheets and curtains are very dirty as if not washed over so many years,,,,,driver lost the road,,,,not cooperating at all,,,,putting AC on as and when they wish,,,,,,telling the experience of 6 th Nov 2019 journey,, writing the feedback while in the bus,,,called bus operator but was tossing me here and there,,,,for God's sake do not board it again at all,,,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They reach on time.service is good but the bus is a old version the metals of the bus keeps on banging all night.the bus interior is cool but when it functions you can have a feeling of a government Bus.

Conductors do not talk to properly
Instead will talk to you in rude manner as if you are slave not a customer.Even the stranger will treat the other person nicely.
The blankets were missing and the burned curtains were being used.
No proper care is being taken.
