★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to other licensing authority as well, and it was more spacious in comparison to that. Since its a govt. Office you cant expect much from the staff, you yourself have to be aware and use your common sense to accomplish your work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience rude behaviour its takes me almost one year for making new licence too much crowded place and here only one counter for new LL licence
I upload my documents on 9 -11-2019 and i got my new LL license on 15-12-2020 staff behaviour is too rude they reject applications by minor mistakes like stapler pin (?) do you believe and for uploading picture and sign they charge almost 200 rs (20-50 is normal charge ) they reject my application 3 times sometimes say pin then say photo sign documents, blah blah new form new new corrupt ppls

On May I help you desk there was no one I checked almost 3 hours there is no one who can help each and every person neglect us
There is Server issue again and again

Each and every person is Just enjoying there seat not one want to work....
If any superior Authority is checking this I humbly request please do and make it right.

Carry food as it requires full day
9:30 to 10:30 appointments were starting at 12:30. Pm
We finished at 3:30
So appointments of up to 3:30 would take 12 at night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be ready to spend your whole day if you want both license (Car and bike).
Make sure you reach there before 9 else you won't be able to enter. Irrespective of your appointment. If you are getting your car for test then stay in the que. Carry your documents you recieved from authority along with your ID and address proof.. during test maker sure you wear helmet properly, and in case of cars put on your belts.

There are lots of work done here like license, RC transfer, duplicate RC etc.
Park ur vehicle in parking. (under the flyover)

People visiting this place should be cautious to not park vehicles in front of the gate or on footpath. Parking is not allowed and traffic police picks up the vehicle.
There is is parking space provided under the flyover which is opposite to the gate of the RTO.

Don't Worry When you giving the test of any vehicle the track is very simple just focus on traffic signal and signs.
