★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate them in negative. Extremely bad customer service. The owner is rude himself and doesn’t know how to handle customers. I bought a suit and their own tailor ruined the entire piece. They don’t follow exchange/return policies even when the fault is on their own end.

Wonderful collection. Bought one outfit for my engagement. 4 stars for variety.
Cons:
0 stars for customer service. Very rude staff behaviour. Staff tries to undervalue customers. Make them feel low about not being able to choose clothes quickly, or try to target their choices too. (Went to buy crop top & lehengas)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. While selling they made big big promises hat they'll properly finish the outfit before delivering. But upon delivery the outfit was not even altered, they didn't even finished it properly, the stitching was worse. I had to run multiple times to get the work done.
